Alexander Reznikov, DDS

Dr. Alex Reznikov grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. Coming from a family of dental professionals, he naturally developed a passion for treating patients with dental needs.

After finishing his studies at the University of Illinois College of
Dentistry, he and his wife Asya moved to Milwaukee to for work. There Dr. Reznikov was able to obtain hundreds of hours of
Continuing Education.

After he and his wife found out that they were expecting their first son, they decided to move back to Chicago to be closer to home and to family, friends and the city they have always loved.

Vrushti Patel, DDS

Dr. Vrushti Patel grew up in India and was a practicing dentist there. She got married and moved to the U.S. Here she completed her dental school from Howard University College of Dentistry, Washington D.C.

Dr. Patel’s mission in dentistry is to provide high-quality dental care, while building long-term trust based relationships with her patients. She listens to her patients’ individual needs, and tailors the treatments based on their unique situations. Her philosophy is to help the community to stay healthy and maintain their beautiful smiles for a lifetime.

Dr. Patel is multilingual and proficient in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu.

Apart from dentistry, she enjoys creating smiles off-duty with her cooking and an amazing sense of humor.

Yazan Akkash, DMD

Dr. Yazan Akkash has completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to that he received a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Jordan.

Dr. Akkash’s mission is to provide high quality dental care to his patients while maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment. His top priority is to promote good oral and general health by educating patients of all ages about various dental diseases and especially focus on methods of prevention.

Dr. Akkash is dedicated to enhancing his skills and advancing his knowledge in dentistry by attending continuing education courses and workshops to ensure providing the best evidence-based treatments available. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Chicago Dental Society.

In his spare time, Dr. Akkash enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling and biking.

Dr. Rebecca Hou

After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Chemical Biology and minor in Bioengineering, Dr. Hou earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2021.

Dr. Hou treats every patient like family, committed to building strong, lasting, and meaningful relationships grounded in trust and care. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care, with her kindness, warmth, compassion, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to the highest ethical standards. Believing in transparency, Dr. Hou ensures her patients are fully informed and receive personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Dr. Hou always feels rewarded and fulfilled seeing her patients get better after her care.

Dr. Hou enjoys traveling, photographing, different outdoor activities like snowboarding, hiking, biking, and exploring new places in Chicago. Dr. Hou can speak fluent Mandarin Chinese.
