We file your claims, estimate your costs before treatment, and explain every way to pay in plain words.
Our team talks through costs before any work begins, so you know what to expect. We welcome patients with and without dental insurance.
Bring your insurance information to your first visit, and our team takes care of the claim paperwork from there. We file claims with your insurer for you, and before treatment we share an estimate of what your plan may pay and what your part may be.
That estimate is a careful projection, not a promise. Your plan is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company, and the insurer decides the final amount it pays.
We try to keep payment simple by giving you several choices. You can pay your share of each visit in any of these ways.
If you are unsure which choice fits your budget, ask our front desk team before your appointment. They can go over the numbers with you and help you plan ahead for larger treatment.
A deductible is the amount you pay each year before your plan starts to pay. A co-payment is the estimated part of a treatment that insurance does not cover, and both are due at the time of service. Many plans also have an annual maximum, which is the most the plan pays toward your care in one benefit year.
After we file a claim, insurance payments usually arrive 30 to 60 days later. Now and then, an insurer denies a claim or never pays it, and the remaining balance then becomes your responsibility. That news is never fun to get. If it happens, call us with your questions, and our team can go over the claim with you so you know what changed.
Plenty of our patients do not have dental insurance, and they are always welcome here. For new patients without insurance, our $99 visit includes an initial cleaning, a comprehensive exam, and a full set of digital X-rays. That first visit gives you a clear picture of your oral health and a starting point for any care you may need.
For larger treatment, outside financing is available upon request and approval, which can let you spread costs over time. Our new patient information explains what to bring and what to expect at your first appointment. Ask us about costs at any point, and we will give you a straight answer.
